Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles.
If your candle is unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.
