Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles.

If your candle is unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

• Your order number

• A photo of the item and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Time

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

Damaged Items

Warm Weather Advisory

Due to the natural wax blend, candles may soften or melt in high temperatures.

We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery and bring indors.
