Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles.

If your candle is unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please email us at support@hustleandhalo.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item and packaging

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may extend slightly.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

• Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days

• Priority Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Hustle & Halo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, Hustle & Halo is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order, but if your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@hustleandhalo.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Warm Weather Advisory

Due to the natural wax blend, candles may soften or melt in high temperatures.

We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery and bring indors.
